Pre-screening task
Here at Visage Technologies, we value each other and we love to celebrate our successes. So, we get together a lot!
This includes sailing trips, bbqs, camping, sports competitions, flying to other countries… All these events are, of course, accompanied
by various activities: presentations, food, drinks, accommodation and everything else that makes our hearts proud, our bellies full and our faces laugh!
But someone has to make this magic happen. So, sometimes it will be your task to assist in organizing and coordinating activities and arrangements around such events.
Imagine that you have to organize a barbecue (oh, yeah, gaining weight is part of working here) for 150 team members, students and guests.
This includes arranging a venue, drinks and food (hint: we hold true to diversity, and that includes different diet requirements and preferences), meeting technical demands, documenting the event, music…
What would be your approach to the organization? What would be your first steps? Which information would you need? How would you collect and organize all relevant data?
