Now, we are looking for an experienced Human Resource (HR) Specialist that would like to work in an established company and directly contribute to employee satisfaction and productivity. If you're passionate about recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees, we might be the perfect match.
Devising, implementing, and maintaining a company-wide career development program
Suggesting, creating, and implementing various HR mechanisms (such as career development program) in coordination with team leaders
Helping team leaders with conflict management in case of escalations
Suggesting and/or organizing leadership educations for team leaders and management
Involvement in the recruitment team in terms of active participation in the selection process and providing ideas for employer attractiveness and visibility among potential candidates
Supporting the recruitment team with the administrative work (updating candidate records, ensuring that everyone gets timely feedback, etc.)
Supporting the recruitment team by improving the hiring process
Organizing and executing satisfaction surveys
Developing and implementing HR policies throughout the organization
Maintaining organizational charts and detailed job descriptions
Informing team members about the benefits they are eligible for
Some responsibilities such as on-boarding of new hires will be shared with Administration team.
At least 4 years of experience in HR (preferably in an IT company)
Excellent communication skills
Patience and positive attitude
